Anika is an IBM alum who spent years consulting with Fortune 500 companies on technology development and process excellence. She has worked on and led major projects for companies and organizations such as Staples, Costco, the Museum of Modern Art, and the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney Australia.
She is the Founder and CEO of Janelle Beauty, a global beauty brand, where she pioneered clean hair care for women with textured hair.
Anika is passionate about Jesus and the Bible and pursued biblical scholarship with a master’s degree in theological studies. She is the author of 2 books, The Janelle Beauty Book and 30 Days to Peace, Provision and Protection.

Skin and hair nurturing ingredients like honey, pears, mangoes, avocados, coconuts are featured. Chocolate and strawberries also make an appearance in our recipes for body polishes.
The book also incorporates a short memoir of the birth, meteoric growth and explosion of the brand Janelle Beauty.
